Fred Giuffrida, Board Member of Blue Sky and a Member of its Investment and Audit Committees. Fred retired at the end of 2022 after a distinguished 27-year tenure as Managing Director at Horsley Bridge Partners, where he shaped the firm’s strategic direction and successful management of $20 billion in venture capital and private equity funds of funds and co-investments. With a career spanning over four decades, Fred began in 1976 at Nixon, Hargrave, Devans & Doyle (now Nixon Peabody LLP), where he ultimately served as Managing Partner for five years. In addition to his distinguished investment and legal career, Fred served as an executive officer at Empire Airlines, a venture-backed startup that successfully went public, further demonstrating his versatile leadership and business acumen.

- Fred currently serves as a Trustee and Chair Elect of the Nevada Museum of Art. He’s a Director of the Renown Health Foundation and a member of the Finance Committee and Investment Subcommittee of Renown Health.
- He and his wife, Pamela Joyner, are passionate art collectors who generously lend pieces of their extensive collection to prestigious museums, including MOMA, the Tate Modern, and SFMOMA.
